This will be a new lecture by our regular speaker, design historian Artem Dezhurko. If you have never attended a meeting with Artem before, be sure to come! Artem will talk about: ◽️children's toys as outstanding examples of design; ◽️constructivist toys of the 1920s-1930s, toy furniture, and puzzle constructors; ◽️rocking horses and books with flaps — and why they are designed this way; ◽️famous designers and toy artists — from Enzo Mari and Bruno Munari to Lev Smorgon and Libuse Niklova.
