Coffee tour at the roasting shop Shavi Coffee Roasters

We are repeating the tour of the Shavi Coffee Roasters roasting workshop! You will see for yourself what the process of roasting green beans looks like and learn why beans from Brazil and Kenya differ so much. At the end, there will be a cupping session—a professional tasting of unusual coffee varieties—and an interactive part: participants will pack bags of roasted beans themselves. The tour will be conducted by the Shavi roasting team—partly in Russian, partly in English. We recommend registering in advance: the Shavi production facility is in a closed area, so you need to provide the names and ID or passport numbers of the participants at least 2 days before the tour.
