How infrastructure has influenced the history of the Caucasus

At first glance, roads, ports, railways, and communication channels are signs of a region's development. But sometimes, infrastructure can actually hinder this. This is the focus of a new lecture from our regular speaker—historian Vitaly Shtybin.
